Laurens used custom-cut 18mm birch plywood to create a custom utility room. After finding inspiration on Pinterest and VT-Wonen, we designed our utility room ourselves and easily ordered the cut panels online.
Laurens' Description
We made wooden cabinets in the utility room, using birch plywood, including a small kitchen unit with a black sink/tap and white matching tiles. The fridge and washing machine are nicely concealed.
How I Made This Project
First, we searched Pinterest for inspiration. We quickly settled on wooden cabinets, inspired by VT-Wonen among others. Then we adjusted the measurements, made a drawing, recalculated the measurements several times, and easily ordered everything in the webshop. We assembled the tall cabinets first, placed them in position, then assembled the low cabinets and placed them next to them. Finally, we installed the sink and tiles on the wall.
