Description

I have a custom-made cabinet with two functions: one part is intended for the television, record player, and speakers, and the other part contains a fold-out desk that serves as a workspace. When the desk is not in use, it can easily be closed off with doors.

Television cabinet & computer cabinet from MDF Natural and Underlayment Finnish Pine B/BB

I started by drawing the cabinet digitally to determine all the exact dimensions. Then I ordered the wood from TOSIZE.at.

After that, I glued all the elements together and applied a coat of primer. Then I slid the parts together and screwed them where necessary. Once the base was in place, I installed the fold-out desktop.

The entire cabinet is finished with a matt white furniture varnish, which gives it a fresh and modern look. Finally, I installed the doors, giving the whole thing a sleek and functional finish.

The end result is a practical and stylish cabinet that offers storage space and creates a hidden workspace. Ideal for the living room or a multifunctional space.
